Recruiting Intern

Job Responsibilities

• Recruiting operations and coordination (seasonal, on-site event staff)
• Aid in job postings end-to-end, including creating and posting roles, monitoring posting performance, and closing postings at the right time in coordination with the League Operations team.
• Support League Coordinators with posting troubleshooting, candidate flow administration, interview scheduling, and collecting interview feedback.

Minimum Qualifications

• Completed at least two years of college coursework and currently entering junior or senior year.
• Interest in Human Resources, Recruiting, People Operations, Business Administration, Sports Management, or a related field.
• Prior internship, part-time work, campus leadership, customer service, administrative, or recruiting/HR exposure preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and comfort working with confidential information.
• Ability to manage multiple workflows at once and keep clear status tracking.
• Strong written communication and follow-through with candidates and internal partners.
• Comfort learning new systems quickly; prior ATS/HRIS exposure preferred.
