This is a paid internship. No remote work available.
Responsibilities
- Update and maintain recruiting reports and dashboards (Excel, PowerBi, Smartsheet, RIVAL ATS software).
- Candidate tracking: adding new candidate entries, maintenance of current entries and status updates.
- Aid in drafting correspondence letters to recruits.
- Track college career fair attendance and compile recruiting supplies for career fairs.
- Aid in college recruiting strategies and tracking college involvement.
- Register for and schedule college recruiting events.
- Update, maintain, and create visual content for marketing materials.
- Manage promotional supplies.
- Aid in training initiatives.
- Aid in scheduling interviews.
- Aid in engineering intern program.
