About the role
Location: Boston, United States. Work Mode: Work from Office. Role: SAP IS-U BPEM Exception Management Functional SME.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end SAP IS-U BPEM exception management processes
- Analyze and resolve complex business process exceptions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize utility processes
- Develop functional specifications and documentation
- Support system enhancements and continuous improvement initiatives
- Provide expert guidance during testing and go-live activities
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of hands-on experience in SAP IS-U with specialization in BPEM Exception Management
- Strong understanding of utilities industry processes (Billing, Invoicing, Metering)
- Proven ability to analyze issues and implement effective solutions
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working onsite with cross-functional teams
