SAP Functional SME (SD, MM, EWM)

About the role

Lead and design integrated sales and customer processes as a functional subject-matter expert.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the business process expert for Order-to-Cash functions, including customer management, order processing, fulfillment, billing, returns, credit management, and customer service.
• Provide detailed knowledge of current sales, distribution, and customer service processes.
• Participate in fit-to-standard workshops and evaluate SAP S/4HANA capabilities.
• Review and validate business requirements, process designs, configuration decisions, and functional specifications.
• Support testing (SIT/UAT), data migration validation, and cutover preparation.
• Support change management, user training, and adoption activities.

Requirements

• 5+ years of expertise in SD, MM, EWM, Logistics, Sales Planning, and Inventory Management.
• Expert in Sales & Sales operations industry experience with end-to-end process knowledge.
• Knowledge in SAP Signavio and SAP Cloud ALM required.
• S/4 Finance certification preferred.
