We are seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA Finance / SAP FICO Consultant or Lead with a strong track record of delivering complex, enterprise-level SAP Finance transformations. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience across General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and Fixed Assets (FA), along with multiple full-lifecycle SAP implementations. Strong experience in Greenfield S/4HANA implementations, including blueprinting, solution design, and designing business processes from the ground up, is highly valued. The role requires a combination of strong SAP Finance expertise, enterprise architecture understanding, business-process knowledge, and the ability to communicate effectively with senior business and executive stakeholders. Key Responsibilities SAP S/4HANA Finance Lead or support SAP S/4HANA Finance implementations across complex enterprise environments. Configure and provide functional expertise across:General Ledger (GL) Accounts Payable (AP) Accounts Receivable (AR) Fixed Assets (FA) Bank Accounting Tax and financial reporting Period-end and year-end closing Intercompany accounting Develop solutions aligned with SAP S/4HANA Finance best practices and enterprise business requirements. Support integration between SAP Finance and other SAP modules including MM, SD, PP, PS, and controlling processes. Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable SAP Finance solutions. Greenfield Implementation & Blueprinting Lead Finance activities during Greenfield SAP S/4HANA implementations. Conduct business-process discovery and requirements workshops. Design Finance processes and solutions from the ground up. Develop and validate business-process blueprints. Define target operating models and future-state Finance processes. Identify process gaps and recommend appropriate SAP solutions. Lead fit-to-standard/fit-to-gap analysis and solution design. Ensure Finance processes are aligned with enterprise architecture and business strategy. Full-Lifecycle Implementations Participate in or lead multiple end-to-end SAP implementation lifecycles, including:Discovery and requirements gathering Blueprinting Solution design Configuration Integration Data migration Testing UAT Cutover Go-live Hypercare Production support Coordinate with technical, integration, data, testing, and business teams throughout the implementation lifecycle.
