Position Name :: SAP Developer Location: Remote Position Type: W2/Fulltime Prefer USC/GC but open for all who Authorized to work Education- Required a Bachelor degree and equivalent We are looking for an SAP S/4HANA Transportation Management (TM) Functional Consultant to support an S/4HANA 2025 upgrade, with a focus on assessing TM impacts, validating logistics processes, and ensuring day-to-day transportation and shipping operations continue smoothly throughout the transition. Key Skills & Experience Strong hands-on experience with SAP TM / Transportation Management in an SAP S/4HANA environmentExperience supporting SAP S/4HANA upgrades, migrations, or retrofit activitiesAbility to assess functional impacts using SAP Release Notes, Simplification Items, and SAP documentationStrong experience with functional testing, integration testing, and business process validationExperience with TM functional configuration; coding is not requiredUnderstanding of freight planning, carrier selection, shipment execution, and logistics processesExperience identifying and resolving defects through root cause analysis and structured testingExperience working with cross-functional teams across SAP, integration, testing, application development, and business/process teamsExposure to dual maintenance, deployment, and steady-state support is preferred Ideal Candidate A hands-on SAP TM functional specialist with strong S/4HANA experience who can assess upgrade impacts, test end-to-end transportation processes, troubleshoot functional issues, and work closely with technical and business teams to keep logistics operations running smoothly. https://www.linkedin.com/company/hyr-global-source-inc
