About the role

We are seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA Finance Consultant with strong hands-on expertise in SAP FI and end-to-end implementation projects. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of Finance business processes, SAP configuration, integration with logistics modules, and experience supporting clients through implementation, testing, cutover, go-live, and post-production stabilization. https://www.linkedin.com/company/hyr-global-source-inc

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute end-to-end SAP S/4HANA Finance implementations, covering Discovery, Requirements Gathering, Design, Configuration, Testing, Cutover, Go-Live, and Hypercare.
• Conduct business workshops with key stakeholders to understand business requirements, document processes, and perform Fit-Gap analysis.
• Configure and support core SAP Finance processes, including: General Ledger (GL) Accounts Payable (AP) Accounts Receivable (AR) Bank Accounting Asset Accounting
• Configure key SAP FI organizational and financial structures, including Company Codes, Chart of Accounts, Fiscal Years, Posting Periods, Document Types, Number Ranges, and Financial Accounting rules.
• Design and configure AP/AR payment processes, electronic payments, payment methods, and bank interfaces.
• Support bank integration and electronic banking processes, including payment files and bank statement processing.
• Provide strong functional expertise in FI integration with MM and SD, including procure-to-pay and order-to-cash accounting flows.
• Translate business requirements into functional solutions aligned with SAP S/4HANA Finance best practices.
• Prepare detailed Functional Specifications for interfaces, conversions, reports, forms, workflows, and enhancements.
• Work closely with SAP ABAP, technical, integration, data migration, and testing teams to deliver integrated solutions.
• Lead and support System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), regression testing, and defect resolution.
• Validate financial data, support reconciliation activities, and assist with data migration and conversion validation.
• Develop and execute cutover activities, including finance-specific tasks, data validation, opening balances, and production readiness.
• Provide support during Go-Live, Hypercare, and post-production stabilization.
• Troubleshoot and resolve day-to-day SAP Finance production issues, identifying root causes and implementing sustainable solutions.
• Prepare functional documentation, process flows, configuration documents, test scripts, and knowledge-transfer materials.
• Collaborate effectively with business stakeholders, project managers, technical teams, and offshore/onshore delivery teams.
• Communicate project status, risks, issues, and solutions clearly to both business and technical stakeholders.
