We are seeking an experienced SAP Finance Senior Consultant with 10+ years of hands-on SAP Finance experience and strong techno-functional expertise. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering greenfield SAP S/4HANA implementations and/or ECC-to-S/4HANA transformations, with ownership across the implementation lifecycle from blueprint and design through testing, deployment, and go-live. The candidate should possess strong practical expertise across General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), and Accounts Receivable (AR), along with experience in Controlling and Profitability Analysis (CO-PA). Experience within retail, consumer products, or retail-adjacent industries is highly desirable. Key Responsibilities Lead and contribute to SAP Finance implementations and transformation programs, including greenfield S/4HANA implementations and ECC-to-S/4HANA migrations.Own Finance workstreams throughout the complete project lifecycle, from requirements gathering and blueprinting through design, configuration, testing, cutover, and go-live.Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable SAP Finance solutions.Configure and support core SAP FI functionality, including:General Ledger (GL)Accounts Payable (AP)Accounts Receivable (AR)Asset Accounting (AA)Bank Accounting and related financial processesDesign and implement financial processes aligned with S/4HANA best practices.Define organizational structures, chart of accounts, accounting principles, document types, posting rules, payment processes, and financial reporting requirements.Support integration of SAP Finance with MM, SD, CO, and other SAP modules.Work closely with technical teams on integrations, interfaces, enhancements, reports, forms, and data migration activities.Lead or support data migration and reconciliation activities during S/4HANA implementations.Develop functional specifications and work with ABAP/technical teams to deliver required enhancements.Lead functional and integration testing, including test planning, test execution, defect resolution, and UAT support.Support cutover planning, mock conversions, deployment activities, and go-live.Provide post-go-live stabilization and production support.Identify opportunities to simplify and optimize Finance processes using SAP S/4HANA capabilities. CO-PA / Profitability Analysis Configure and support CO-PA / Profitability Analysis processes.Define and maintain profitability characteristics, value fields, derivation rules, and reporting structures as applicable.Support margin analysis, profitability reporting, contribution margin analysis, and management reporting.Analyze business requirements related to product, customer, channel, region, and other profitability dimensions.Work with business stakeholders to improve visibility into profitability and financial performance.Strong exposure to profitability analysis will be considered where direct CO-PA configuration experience is limited. https://www.linkedin.com/company/hyr-global-source-inc
