Responsibilities

You Are:

The Work:

• Engage with senior client Finance executives on business challenges and the potential value of SAP solutions.
• Lead clients in defining their SAP journey through business cases and roadmaps, including sales origination, proposal development, and client presentations.
• Architect end-to-end Finance solutions leveraging SAP technologies, custom applications, and partner solutions.
• Clearly explain SAP’s Business AI strategy and identify functional areas where AI can deliver real value.
• Experience in deploying AI use cases to improve efficiency and explain their impact on project delivery.
• Advise, design, and deliver Finance solutions based on industry and technology best practices.
• Lead large project teams, achieving transformational roadmaps both onsite with clients and within Accenture.
• Become a trusted expert and advisor to clients, team, and Accenture leadership, staying current on regulations, trends, and innovations.
• Build assets and best practices, and develop the next generation of transformation experts.

Requirements

• Minimum of 7 years of SAP Functional and Technical expertise in Finance, including GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP projects supporting Retail/Grocery clients.
• Minimum of 3 end-to-end SAP S/4 implementations, including project planning, estimation, and solution architecture.
• Experience managing SAP delivery teams in a Global Delivery Model, including driving complex workshops and leading design decisions.
• Prior experience in an Advisory and/or Consulting role.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years' work experience). If Associate’s Degree, must have equivalent minimum 6-year work experience.

• Experience in leading large project teams of varying size and scope.
• Experience in managing SAP delivery teams in a Global Delivery Model.
• Experience in advising, designing, and delivering Finance solutions based on industry and technology best practices.
• Experience in becoming a trusted expert and advisor to clients, team, and Accenture leadership.
• Experience in leading large project teams, achieving transformational roadmaps both onsite with clients and within Accenture.
• Experience in building assets and best practices, and developing the next generation of transformation experts.

Schedule
