About the role

The Sr. Marketing Manager, Retail Media will be the subject matter expert on our retailer digital marketing strategy over multiple key retailers and external partners – overseeing performance media campaigns, retailer partnership activations, cross-functional alignment and reporting – with a focus on hitting Dyson’s retailer, category, and company goals. This includes running a team of two to execute all media across all channels and categories. Additional responsibilities include:

  • Leadership of media planning, evaluation and auditing
  • Media campaign management
  • Build, develop and promote an effective team

Requirements

  • 8+ years in digital marketing for a major brand or agency, including direct people management.
  • Proven hands-on experience with media agency relationships, including agency RFPs and negotiations.
  • Skilled with web analytics/reporting tools and translating data into clear actions.
  • Track record of driving online sales for consumer brands in e-commerce/transactional environments.
  • Expertise in paid media planning, execution, and optimization across channels.
  • Strong understanding of how creative content impacts performance throughout the customer journey.
  • Effective communicator and presenter, comfortable influencing all levels and leading a small team.
  • Skilled project manager—can juggle multiple campaigns, priorities, and partners in a cross-functional setting.
  • Proactive, analytical, detail-oriented, and committed to continuous improvement.
  • Brings process improvement ideas and adapts quickly to change (agency/structure/workflow).
  • Maintains high standards for brand integrity and accuracy in all work.
