Site Experience Strategy & Execution
- Own the E-commerce Calendar: Lead the planning and execution of the NA & APAC site content calendars, ensuring timely updates for new products, campaigns, and seasonal content across all European markets.
- Optimize the Shopper Funnel: Directly manage and optimize shopper journey elements, including category page layouts, landing page strategies, navigation, filtering, and cross-sell strategies to drive conversion and engagement.
- Partner on Content & Campaigns: Collaborate with Creative and Marketing teams to ensure content and storytelling align with promotional campaigns, brand tone, and seasonal themes.
- Lead Quality Assurance (QA): Lead the end-to-end QA process for all site updates and functionality across devices and regions, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
Team Leadership & Development
- Mentor and Coach: Manage and mentor a small, talented Ecommerce team based in Manila, actively supporting their growth and providing coaching on core Ecommerce principles.
- Develop Processes: Build clear and repeatable processes and documentation to drive efficiency, consistency, and a culture of operational excellence across the team and time zones.
- Foster a Culture of Ownership: Empower the team to take ownership of their work, grow their analytical skills, and contribute their best to business-critical projects.
Analytics & Optimization
- Inform Strategies: Use data to track site KPIs and generate actionable insights to inform optimization decisions and report on performance to stakeholders.
- Monitor Site Performance: Own the day-to-day monitoring of NA & APAC site performance and identifying tactical opportunities for improvement.
Orchestrate NA & APAC Growth
- Act as the primary point person for the seamless execution of our NA & APAC expansion plans, including support for B2B development and future new market expansion.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Merchandising, Economics, General Business Management or equivalent
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into day-to-day actionable insights
- A "roll up your sleeves" attitude with a customer experience mindset and a passion for tactical site optimization and execution
- Proven ability to develop and mentor a team, ideally in a global context
- Demonstrated AI literacy, enabling effective understanding, interaction, and critical evaluation of AI technologies and applications across diverse business functions
