SAP Employee Central/Time Senior Manager

What you'll do
- Collaborate with multiple teams, contributing to key decisions while managing team performance and providing solutions to challenges that impact various groups
- Engage deeply with subject matter expertise in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Time, fostering collaboration and thoughtful decision-making
- Identify project scope and define clear requirements to support business and technology transformation initiatives
- Create detailed functional and technical specifications to guide development and implementation efforts
- Develop and support proof of concepts, estimates, and conceptual designs to validate solutions
- Coordinate implementation of solutions, ensuring alignment with project goals and stakeholder expectations
- Support change management efforts to facilitate smooth adoption of new processes and technologies
- Leverage deep functional and industry expertise to provide valuable insights throughout project phases
Qualifications
- Minimum of 8 years of SAP transformation, technical advisory or consulting experience, or 10 years of equivalent industry experience
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Project, Large Workstream, or Client Lead on a large SAP transformational project in a global delivery model
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Employee Central with EC Time
- SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central/Time certification (must have EC certification of some kind)
- SAP SuccessFactors Time Management certification
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent (12 years) work experience (Associate's Degree with 6 years of work experience also accepted)
Preferred skills
- Knowledge of SAP's business development process and ability to help clients understand how SAP will help their company do more
- Master stakeholder communications with effective strategies to ensure clarity and alignment among diverse project participants
Travel
Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirement.
Pay
Compensation varies depending on factors including office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. Role location annual salary ranges:
- California: $132,500 to $302,400
- Cleveland: $122,700 to $241,900
- Colorado: $132,500 to $261,300
- District of Columbia: $141,100 to $278,200
- Illinois: $122,700 to $261,300
- Maine: $112,900 to $222,500
- Maryland: $132,500 to $261,300
- Massachusetts: $132,500 to $278,200
- Minnesota: $132,500 to $261,300
- New York: $122,700 to $302,400
- New Jersey: $141,100 to $302,400
- Virginia: $122,700 to $278,200
- Washington: $141,100 to $278,200
