The Work

  • Manage the delivery of large, complex technology projects using appropriate frameworks and collaborating with sponsors to manage scope and risk
  • Use your business smarts to kick-start transformation programs, whether domain- or platform-led
  • Show clients how they can use SAP to solve their business problems
  • Work in a team where you wear lots of hats – interacting with clients, managing workstreams, collaborating with other teams – and where you may need to be in charge
  • Run the workstream and/or project activities you've been given
  • Drive profitability and continued success by managing service quality
  • Interact with all workstreams – technical, reports, conversion, change management, project management and more
  • Tweak current methods, tools and procedures to create solutions that meet clients' needs
  • Check business requirements to find configuration solutions
  • Keep a record of requirements, solutions and impacts, alternatives and final decisions

Requirements

  • Minimum of 8 years experience with Employee Central Payroll
  • Minimum 4 years of SAP transformation, technical advisory or consulting experience, or 8 years of equivalent industry experience
  • Experience with a minimum of 2 full life-cycle SAP Payroll Cloud implementations
  • Minimum of 2 years experience as a Project, Large Workstream, or Client Lead on a large SAP transformational project with on- and off-shore resources
  • Certified in Employee Central Payroll applications, and Payroll module
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent (12 years) work experience (or Associate's Degree with 6 years of work experience)

Preferred Qualifications

  • External consulting experience
  • Experience with SuccessFactors integration to Payroll
  • Strong understanding of benefits processes and interfaces

Pay & Benefits

Compensation varies depending on factors including specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. Annual salary ranges by location:

  • California: $132,500 to $302,400
  • Cleveland: $122,700 to $241,900
  • Colorado: $132,500 to $261,300
  • District of Columbia: $141,100 to $278,200
  • Illinois: $122,700 to $261,300
  • Maine: $112,900 to $222,500
  • Maryland: $132,500 to $261,300
  • Massachusetts: $132,500 to $278,200
  • Minnesota: $132,500 to $261,300
  • New York: $122,700 to $302,400
  • New Jersey: $141,100 to $302,400
  • Virginia: $122,700 to $278,200
  • Washington: $141,100 to $278,200
