About You
A transformation maven with the skills to help clients meet the challenges of digitization. You use your know-how to solve clients’ most complex business problems and are comfortable working in teams, leading projects, and diving into workstreams to configure SAP solutions. You’re also up for traveling regularly to client sites.
Responsibilities
- Manage the delivery of large, complex technology projects using appropriate frameworks and collaborating with sponsors to manage scope and risk.
- Use your business smarts to kick-start transformation programs, whether domain- or platform-led.
- Show clients how they can use SAP to solve their business problems.
- Work in a team where you wear lots of hats—interacting with clients, managing workstreams, collaborating with other teams—and where you may need to take charge.
- Run the workstream and/or project activities you’ve been given.
- Drive profitability and continued success by managing service quality.
- Interact with all workstreams—technical, reports, conversion, change management, project management, and more.
- Tweak current methods, tools, and procedures to create solutions that meet clients’ needs.
- Check business requirements to find configuration solutions.
- Keep a record of requirements, solutions and impacts, alternatives, and final decisions.
- Travel may be required for this role (0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements).
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of SAP transformation, technical advisory, or consulting experience, or 8 years of equivalent industry experience.
- Minimum 5 years of Employee Central Payroll experience.
- Minimum of 2 full life-cycle SAP Payroll Cloud implementations.
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Project, Large Workstream, or Client Lead on a large SAP transformational project with on- and off-shore resources.
- Certified in Employee Central Payroll applications and Payroll module.
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent (12 years) work experience (If an Associate’s Degree, 6 years of work experience).
Nice to Have
- External consulting experience.
- Experience with SuccessFactors integration to Payroll.
- A strong understanding of benefits processes and interfaces.
Pay
Compensation varies by location, role, skill set, and level of experience. Below are the annual salary ranges for this role in select U.S. locations:
- California: $132,500 to $302,400
- Cleveland: $122,700 to $241,900
- Colorado: $132,500 to $261,300
- District of Columbia: $141,100 to $278,200
- Illinois: $122,700 to $261,300
- Maine: $112,900 to $222,500
- Maryland: $132,500 to $261,300
- Massachusetts: $132,500 to $278,200
- Minnesota: $132,500 to $261,300
- New York: $122,700 to $302,400
- New Jersey: $141,100 to $302,400
- Virginia: $122,700 to $278,200
- Washington: $141,100 to $278,200
