SAP Employee Central Payroll Senior Manager

For our client, we are seeking a SAP Employee Central Payroll Senior Manager to join the team of a leader in the Business Services space. This role will lead complex SAP payroll transformation efforts for enterprise clients, with a strong focus on delivery excellence and client satisfaction. The position requires guiding large-scale project workstreams and coordinating across technical, change management, and project management teams. Success in this role will depend on the ability to translate business challenges into practical SAP-based solutions while driving profitable outcomes. Location: St. Louis, MO - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $220,000 – $261,300 annually Responsibilities Manage delivery of large, complex technology projects with appropriate frameworks Initiate transformation programs tailored to client needs Demonstrate SAP solutions to address client business challenges Interact with clients and lead diverse project activities Run workstream or project tasks effectively and efficiently Ensure service quality to drive profitability and success Coordinate across multiple workstreams, including technical, change management, and project management Qualifications 8+ years of experience with Employee Central Payroll 4+ years of SAP transformation, technical advisory, or consulting experience 2 full life-cycle SAP Payroll Cloud implementations completed 2+ years in a leadership role on large SAP transformative projects Certified in Employee Central Payroll applications and Payroll module Bachelor's degree or 12 years of relevant work experience Benefits Medical, dental, and vision coverage Life and long-term disability insurance 401(k) plan and bonus opportunities Paid holidays and vacation time Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
