You’re comfortable working in teams, leading projects, and diving into the details of workstreams to configure SAP solutions. You’re open to traveling as needed to client sites, in addition to opportunities to work remotely.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions while managing team performance and providing solutions to challenges that impact various groups.
• Engage deeply with subject matter expertise in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Time Off, fostering an environment where collaboration and thoughtful decision-making drive success.
• Identify project scope and define clear requirements to support business and technology transformation initiatives.
• Create detailed functional and technical specifications to guide development and implementation efforts.
• Develop and support proof of concepts, estimates, and conceptual designs to validate solutions.
• Coordinate the implementation of solutions, ensuring alignment with project goals and stakeholder expectations.
• Support change management efforts to facilitate smooth adoption of new processes and technologies.
• Leverage deep functional and industry expertise to provide valuable insights throughout project phases.
• Travel may be required for this role (0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements).

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of SAP transformation, technical advisory, or consulting experience, or 8 years of equivalent industry experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Project, Large Workstream, or Client Lead on a large SAP transformational project with on- and off-shore resources.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Employee Central with EC Time—must have EC certification of some kind.
• SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Time Off certification.
• SAP SuccessFactors Time Management certification.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent (12 years) work experience (If an Associate’s Degree, 6 years of work experience).

Nice to Have

• Knowledge of SAP’s business development process and ability to help clients understand how SAP will benefit their company.
• Mastery of stakeholder communications, demonstrating effective communication strategies to ensure clarity and alignment among diverse project participants.

Pay

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. The following are annual salary ranges for this role:

• California: $132,500 to $302,400
• Cleveland: $122,700 to $241,900
• Colorado: $132,500 to $261,300
• District of Columbia: $141,100 to $278,200
• Illinois: $122,700 to $261,300
• Maine: $112,900 to $222,500
• Maryland: $132,500 to $261,300
• Massachusetts: $132,500 to $278,200
• Minnesota: $132,500 to $261,300
• New York: $122,700 to $302,400
• New Jersey: $141,100 to $302,400
• Virginia: $122,700 to $278,200
• Washington: $141,100 to $278,200
