SAP Employee Central/Time Manager

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions while managing team performance and providing solutions to challenges that impact various groups.
• Engage deeply with subject matter expertise in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Time Off, fostering an environment where collaboration and thoughtful decision-making drive success.
• Identify project scope and define clear requirements to support business and technology transformation initiatives.
• Create detailed functional and technical specifications to guide development and implementation efforts.
• Develop and support proof of concepts, estimates, and conceptual designs to validate solutions.
• Carefully coordinate the implementation of solutions, ensuring alignment with project goals and stakeholder expectations.
• Support change management efforts to facilitate smooth adoption of new processes and technologies.
• Leverage deep functional and industry expertise to provide valuable insights throughout project phases.

Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of SAP transformation, technical advisory, or consulting experience, or 8 years of equivalent industry experience.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Project, Large Workstream, or Client Lead on a large SAP transformational project in a global delivery model.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience with Employee Central/Time SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Time certification and SAP SuccessFactors Time Management certification.
• A Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent (12 years of work experience) or an Associate’s Degree with 6 years of work experience.

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired as set forth below.

Pay

Annual Salary Range: $94,400 to $266,300

Schedule

Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements.
