Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions while managing team performance and providing solutions to challenges that impact various groups.
  • Engage deeply with subject matter expertise in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Time Off, fostering an environment where collaboration and thoughtful decision-making drive success.
  • Create detailed functional and technical specifications to guide development and implementation efforts.
  • Develop and support proof of concepts, estimates, and conceptual designs to validate solutions.
  • Coordinate the implementation of solutions, ensuring alignment with project goals and stakeholder expectations.
  • Support change management efforts to facilitate smooth adoption of new processes and technologies.
  • Leverage deep functional and industry expertise to provide valuable insights throughout project phases.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of SAP transformation, technical advisory or consulting experience, or 8 years of equivalent industry experience.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Project, Large Workstream, or Client Lead on a large SAP transformational project in a global delivery model.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience with Employee Central/TimeSAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Time certification and SAP SuccessFactors Time Management certification.
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent (12 years) work experience (If an, Associate’s Degree with 6 years of work experience).

  • Open to traveling as needed to client sites, in addition to opportunities to work remotely.

  • Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.

Pay

  • Annual Salary Range: California $94,400 to $266,300

Schedule

  • Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements.
