SAP Development Lead

We are seeking a Global SAP Development Lead responsible for driving strategic and tactical SAP initiatives, including defining development standards, designing solutions, and leading a team of developers across platforms like BTP, ABAP, Web Dynpro, and Fiori. Key Duties Include Owning all S/4HANA technical development, ensuring quality and adherence to industry standardsEvaluating SAP technology trends to influence ERP strategyRecommending modern technologies to enhance application and business performanceLeading and guiding developers and integration specialistsPerforming code reviews, quality checks, and maintaining documentationSupporting change management and business adoption of SAP solutionsAnalyzing complex business requirements and identifying improvement opportunitiesCollaborating on M&A integration projects and optimizing ERP and system integrations Qualifications Include Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science or related, MBA preferred15+ years of SAP development experience across multiple platforms, with hands-on expertise in User Exits, ABAP Enhancements, Web Services, IDocs, BTEs, and integrationsExperience managing SAP implementation projects and translating business needs into solutionsStrong problem-solving skills, solution optimization, and stakeholder collaboration abilitiesExcellent communication skills for global organizational engagement This role offers the opportunity to influence SAP landscape strategy, lead technical teams, and support innovative healthcare solutions in a dynamic environment.
