Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and support RICEF objects including Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms, and Workflows using ABAP, OOABAP, CDS Views, ALV, Adobe Forms, Smart Forms, User Exits, BAdIs, and Enhancement Framework.
- Develop and maintain inbound/outbound integrations using IDocs, BAPIs, RFCs, OData Services, REST/SOAP APIs, and SAP best practices, leveraging SAP HANA capabilities.
- Build and enhance SAP Fiori applications, OData Services, and backend APIs while supporting the migration of legacy SAP GUI transactions to modern Fiori experiences.
- Develop high-performance solutions on SAP S/4HANA utilizing ABAP on HANA, CDS Views, AMDP, Table Functions, HANA SQL, and Code Pushdown principles.
- Architect and optimize mobile solutions for warehouse and operational users, integrated with SAP, WM, MM, SD, and Logistics Execution processes.
- Collaborate with functional, business, and technical teams to design scalable solutions aligned with SAP Best Practices, enterprise architecture standards, and business objectives.
- Lead the architecture and development of complex SAP S/4HANA enhancements, integrations, and custom applications.
- Conduct code reviews, enforce development standards, and drive initiatives to reduce technical debt, improve performance, and promote clean-core principles.
- Ensure adherence to SAP development governance, architecture standards, and technology roadmaps.
- Provide technical leadership for SAP transformation and modernization initiatives, including Fiori, S/4HANA, and BTP-based extensions.
Requirements
- Experience with SAP BTP, CAPM (Cloud Application Programming Model), RAP (RESTful Application Programming Model), and SAP Build is highly preferred.

Pay
The pay range for this position is $146,250.00 - $181,500.00. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, education, experience, and qualifications.
Schedule
This is a hybrid role. Tuesday through Thursday are in-office days at BJ's Club Support Center in Marlborough, MA and Monday and Friday are remote days.
