SAP Business Systems Analyst

Duties & Responsibilities

• Consult for the business in Sales processes including Customer Relationship Management, Configure Price Quote and SAP Order Fulfillment.
• Provide end-to-end, 2nd level process support and serve as a contact for key users.
• User Incident, Request, and Demand Management.
• Drive continuous improvement activities and projects.
• Member of the S4HANA Project Team to drive and support the successful implementation globally.
• Build the Business Application Key User community and be the link to business process manager and IT Architects in the central department.
• Develop and maintain key user training documentation and provide training to all new key users and existing key users as necessary.
• Complete other tasks assigned from the direct supervisor per business requirement.

• Configure Price Quote Tool Integration into SAP
• SAP SD, CS, MM, Variant Configuration
• ITIL and project and process management skills
• Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
• Strong analytical skills
• Ability to prioritize and complete multiple tasks simultaneously
• Customer-oriented, conflict resolution skills and a cooperative leadership style
• Overarching understanding of business and production processes
• Experience in manufacturing industry, preferable machinery
• Hands-on mentality combined with a results-oriented approach to work
• Enthusiasm for continuous learning
• Working in an international environment
• Fully fluent in English (verbally and in writing)
• Some German language skills (verbally and in writing) a plus

Experience/Education

• 5 years SAP working experience, preferably working abroad in multinational environment
• Undergraduate Degree/Business or Computer Science/Technology
• Graduate degree preferred or comparable working experience
