SAP Ariba Business Systems Analyst

Pay

Pay Range: $78.00/hr – $82.00/hr

Responsibilities

• Provide functional support and configuration for SAP MM and SAP Ariba modules.
• Support procurement and warehouse processes including requisitioning, purchasing, supplier management, sourcing events, contract workflows, goods receipt processing, and invoice management.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Ariba‑to‑SAP S/4HANA integrations, ensuring accurate data flow and process continuity.
• Collaborate with Procurement, Warehouse Operations, Finance, and technical teams to design enhancements and improve system functionality.
• Participate in testing cycles for configuration updates, system releases, and integration improvements.
• Maintain functional documentation including process flows, configuration records, and functional specifications.
• Build and maintain reports and dashboards using SAP analytics, Power BI, or Ariba reporting tools.
• Assist with end‑user training and provide support to reinforce best practices and system adoption.
• Identify opportunities to streamline procurement and warehouse inventory processes.
• Participate in cross‑functional initiatives to enhance purchasing, inventory handling, and supplier‑related operations.
• Provide guidance to junior analysts as needed, without serving in a senior or lead capacity.

Requirements

• Solid understanding of procurement and warehouse‑related inventory processes including requisitions, purchase orders, goods receipts, stock movements, supplier management, contracts, and invoicing.
• Experience supporting integrations between Ariba and SAP S/4HANA.
• Ability to translate business requirements into SAP MM and Ariba configuration.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
• Experience supporting cross‑functional teams and contributing to process improvement efforts.
• Familiarity with reporting tools such as Power BI, SAP reports, and Ariba analytics.
• Ability to prioritize independently, manage tasks, and follow through on deliverables.
• Must pass a drug test and meet onsite work requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, Supply Chain, Warehouse Operations, Finance, or a related field (preferred).
• 4+ years of experience supporting SAP MM and SAP Ariba (Buying, Sourcing, Contracts, Supplier Lifecycle).
