About the role
Lead a team of sanitation workers to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards across various facilities. Oversee daily tasks, ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and manage inventory and supplies.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily sanitation tasks including cleaning, disinfecting, and maintaining facilities.
- Ensure all staff members adhere to health and safety protocols and follow established procedures.
- Manage inventory and replenish supplies as needed.
- Document and report any issues or incidents related to sanitation practices.
- Train new sanitation staff on company policies and procedures.
- Coordinate with other departments to address cross-functional sanitation needs.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in sanitation or related field.
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.
- Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations relevant to sanitation.
- Experience managing inventory and supply systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver's license preferred.
Skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Pay
$20 - $25 per hour based on experience.
Schedule
Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM.
