Sandwich & Bowl Maker/Customer Service

About the role

We are a small family-owned casual-dining restaurant seeking dependable, capable, and team-oriented individuals to join our busy retail environment and help build our community.

We are hiring one part-time and one full-time position. Weekend availability is required.

Responsibilities

• Build fresh sandwiches and bowls in retail packaging or on demand, following given recipes and guides.
• Prepare all associated ingredients, including dressings and condiments, according to recipes and daily pars.
• Assist customers at the service counter and answer phones.
• Maintain cleanliness and aesthetic of display cases and fridges.
• Keep workstations and storage areas clean and organized.
• Comply with nutrition, sanitation, and safety regulations.
• Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers.
• Follow leadership’s instructions and report as required.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be available beyond the summer.
• Experience preferred.

Pay

$14.00–$18.00 per hour plus tips. Tips typically range from $4–$6 per hour after the 90-day probationary period.

Schedule

Shifts are generally 8 am to 4 pm and 1 pm to 9 pm.
