Position Summary
TourtoTeach leads and develops teams by teaching, training, and actively listening to associates, providing feedback, and collaborating with all levels of associates regarding store operations. They introduce and lead company change efforts, provide clear expectations and guidance, and communicate business objectives.
What you'll do...
- Models and demonstrates exceptional customer service standards by following and demonstrating the One Best Way (OBW) service model.
- Manages and supports customer service initiatives such as Store of the Community and community outreach programs.
- Develops and implements action plans to resolve customer needs, complaints, and issues, ensuring a high-quality customer experience.
- Drives the financial performance and sales of the designated store area by reviewing and evaluating Profit & Loss (PL) statements, managing budgets, forecasting, and controlling expenses.
- Ensures effective merchandise presentation, seasonal transitions, inventory flow, and operational processes, developing and implementing action plans to mitigate shrinkage and achieve sales and profit goals.
- Supervises and develops hourly associates by hiring, training, mentoring, assigning duties, setting clear expectations, providing recognition, and promoting a belonging mindset.
- Coordinates and oversees job-related activities and assignments, developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, supporting plans and initiatives to meet customer and business needs, and building accountability for achieving results.
- Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures by implementing related action plans, utilizing the Open Door Policy, and providing direction and guidance on executing business processes and practices.

Pay & Benefits
The annual salary range for this position is $65,000.00 - $100,000.00. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) (based on location), Complex Structure (based on external factors that create challenges), State Pay Differential, and Live Better U education benefit program.

Minimum Qualifications
- 2 years’ of college;
- OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience;
- OR 2 years’ general work experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.
Note: For facilities that sell firearms, successful completion of a firearms-specific Criminal Background Check (CBC) and Firearms Authorized Training is required. For facilities that sell only ammunition and have state-specific requirements, a current state-issued Certificate of Eligibility may be required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership through Live Better U and Bellevue University;
- Certificate of Completion in People and Business Leadership through Live Better U and Bellevue University;
- General work experience supervising 5 or more direct reports to include the responsibility of performance management, mentoring, hiring, and firing.
