Salon & Spa Coordinator - University Village

What You'll Do

• Welcome and assist our guests.
• Support our artists by helping prepare clean linens and supplies used during services.
• Promote a warm, clean environment for our guests.
• Absorb and organize incoming retail stock and signage.
• Engage with guests during check-out.

Requirements

• If age 18+, have or are willing to obtain a Class 12 or 13 MAST Permit.
• Like to get stuff done and pivot in a fast-paced environment.
• Know how to anticipate the needs of guests and exceed expectations.
• Pride themselves on detail and accuracy.
• Be resilient and able to respond professionally to situations in-the-moment.
• Be organized and comfortable with repetitive tasks.
• Quickly learn about changing products, services, and promotions.
• Have a positive, can-do attitude.

Pay

$21.30 per hour

Schedule

Full-time employees accrue 1 hour of Paid Time Off (PTO) for every 30 hours worked. Part-time employees are able to enroll in our company’s 401k plan and accrue 1 hour of PTO for every 30 hours worked.
