Qualifications

• Customer service oriented
• Results-oriented, metrics-driven, goal-driven
• Sales and customer service experience (must); membership sales experience a plus
• Computer skills
• Ability to multitask
• Ability to make inbound and outbound calls
• Outgoing, positive, cheerful, engaging, energetic, resourceful, and reliable
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills to communicate with confidence to internal personnel and customers
• Excellent organizer and problem solver with strong project management skills
• Ability to work flexible days and hours, including nights, weekends, and when other employees call out
• Mindbody Salon Software experience (plus)
