About the role

We are seeking candidates for this role who will have excellent communication skills, enjoys talking with customers, is knowledgeable about our delicious pastries, and is able to multi-task in a fast-paced and fun environment. We achieve our goals and provide the highest levels of service to our customers by working together as a team.

Responsibilities

• Greet and ring up customers on our POS, answering questions about flavors and seasonal menu items
• Keep display cases and front counter stocked, clean, and looking good all shift
• Restock drinks, merchandise, and paper goods; unload and organize delivery product
• Wipe down, sweep, mop, and wash trays/utensils to keep the space spotless front and back
• Log EOD numbers (spoilage, donations, cash deposits) and prep the shop for the next day
• Flag any shift issues to your Shift Lead or Sales Manager

Schedule

Part-time, 20–30 hours per week, including weekends. Friday-Sunday availability is required. We’re currently looking for team members with availability for both opening and evening shifts. Opening shifts may start as early as 6:00 AM, while evening shifts can run later in the day. We post schedules two weeks in advance and aim to keep them consistent based on your availability. We’ll also do our best to work around school or a second job where possible.

Requirements

• Must be 18 or older
• Able to stand/walk for a full shift and lift up to 30 lbs repeatedly
• Comfortable bending, squatting, twisting, and reaching as needed
• Solid customer service instincts and calm under pressure
• Reliable and organized with basic time management
