Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue sales leads through a variety of channels, including phone, email, and social media
- Build and maintain relationships with potential clients to drive sales growth
- Negotiate and close deals to achieve sales targets
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to develop and implement sales strategies
- Maintain accurate records of sales activity and client relationships
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to better understand clients' needs and identify new sales opportunities
- Other duties as assigned
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in inside sales or a related field
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to multitask and handle a high-volume workload
- Proficiency with computer systems and software, such as Microsoft Office, IHG Hotel Key, Delphi
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Fluency in English is required; additional language skills are a plus
