Pay

Hourly pay: $17.00/hr. The position may also pay commission compensation based on the value or number of closed sales, ranging from $0.00 (if no sales are made) with no upper limit. Additionally, a production bonus may be earned based on individual or team performance, ranging from $0.00 (if baseline benchmarks are not met) with no fixed upper limit. Average salary: $100,000 - $150,000 per year.

Responsibilities

• Respond to internet inquiries with courtesy, accuracy, and professionalism
• Promptly and accurately enter all customer inquiry data into the CRM
• Generate sales appointments
• Conduct phone surveys to assess customer preferences and quality of experience
• Effectively utilize lead management tools
• Compile all necessary reports, forms, and other documentation on a timely basis
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned
• Exhibit ethical behavior and provide the highest degree of customer satisfaction
• Be honest in all aspects of dealing with customers
• Understand all products and services offered, including inventory, financing, and incentive programs

Requirements

• Bilingual is a plus
• Ability to perform each essential duty satisfactorily
• Demonstrated ability to pass pre-employment testing, including background checks, MVR, drug test, credit report, and valid driver license
• Authorization to work in the USA
• Ability to perform duties and responsibilities in a safe manner

About the Role

The Sales Agent is responsible for generating sales appointments with customers who contact the dealership via the internet to purchase new and/or pre-owned vehicles. The eSales Agent delivers a premium customer experience by responding to inquiries promptly, professionally, and courteously. This role uses lead management tools, CRM software, and the internet to manage inquiry flow, update customer files, and track customer interest. The position offers a large advertising budget, easy-to-use systems, and a great work environment.
