About the role
This Salesforce Business Analyst role is a critical team member for CORTX (Salesforce-based platform) deployment projects within our Branded Feed Team. You will work closely with product owners, architects, and the development team in an agile environment to ensure alignment of business strategies, requirements, and standards for specific processes. The role involves translating business needs into actionable requirements, managing UAT testing, and leading change management and training from pre-deployment through implementation and hyper care of our technology-based products.
This position is based in-office in Blair, Nebraska, with in-office workday requirements. Remote work is not available at this time.
Responsibilities
- Project Management: Consolidate and confirm technology deployment objectives and scope from the assigned process perspective. Monitor project progress, identify deviations from the plan, and recommend corrective actions to support successful deployment and implementation.
- Process Design & Governance: Collaborate with businesses, functions, and subject matter experts to clarify and align business, process, data, and control requirements with digital technology capabilities. Conduct fit-gap analysis, evaluate process variations, and prepare key design decisions in compliance with governance.
- UAT, Training & Cutover: Validate that the deployed solution meets process requirements during user acceptance testing, including data integrity, process compliance, and scope of test scripts. Identify subject matter experts to overcome obstacles, report potential risks and dependencies, and develop end-user training materials to ensure smooth adoption.
- Post-Go-Live Support: Conduct post-implementation reviews to evaluate the effectiveness of deployed processes and systems. Analyze performance data to assess whether objectives have been met and recommend solutions to improve process efficiency and system utilization.
- Change Management & Adoption: Engage with end users and cross-functional process teams to evaluate change impacts and recommend solutions to facilitate smooth adoption of new processes and technologies.
- Communication & Knowledge Transfer: Provide regular updates on deployment progress, risks, and process-related key decisions. Ensure process leaders, teams, and users are equipped with the right knowledge to sustain the new process or technology.
Qualifications
- Minimum Qualifications: 4 years of relevant work experience (typically reflects 5 years or more).
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Salesforce.
