Turnberry's Salesforce practice encompasses strategic planning, full-scale implementation and rollout, managed services. Responsibilities Ownership of end-to-end requirements lifecycleLead and facilitate requirements discovery sessions with stakeholders, driving discussions to identify business needs, priorities, and solution requirements e.g. focus groups, observation, prototypingProvide direction, coaching, and mentorship to Business Analysts to support high-quality deliverablesGain clarification on ambiguous requirements and drive towards consensus with both the internal build team and the client/business teamCreate business process maps to engage end-users and validate business requirements -- UPN (universal process notation), ERD (entity relationship diagrams), value stream maps, and/or SIPOC (supplier, inputs, process, outputs, and customers) formatsGenerate various types of documentation throughout the project lifecycle including stakeholder analysis, current state analysis, gap analysis, and user acceptance test plansWrite accurate and thorough user stories that go through PO approval and backlog refinement prior to adding to a SprintPeer review BA stories to ensure readiness for architecture review and PO approvalKey leader/participant in Scrum ceremonies – backlog refinement, sprint planning, and PO approval processKeep competing stakeholder interests aligned throughout the engagementWork closely with Product Owner to keep backlog up to date with Priority, sprint, end dates, etc.Support and facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT)Align stakeholders in testing the right business processes and requirements Qualifications Four-year degree or equivalent work experience 5-7+ years as a BA, Product Owner, or Salesforce AdminHealthcare industry experience required, payer experience preferredExperience with customer service/support business processes a mustConsulting experience preferredDemonstrated experience documenting business requirements and writing user stories for Salesforce implementationsAgile/Scrum delivery experience Proven ability to influence stakeholders and negotiate acceptable solutions Strong analytical and conceptual thinking; excellent documentation, planning, and time management skills Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, Visio, Jira, Outlook, and SharePoint Salesforce Administrator certification (or other comparable certs) preferred The salary range for this role is $80,000 to $160,000 or the hourly equivalent.
