Senior Salesforce Business Analyst

This role will lead technical initiatives focused on scalable systems, platform reliability, and meaningful business transformation. You will work across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions. The position offers the opportunity to influence architecture, execution quality, and the technology capabilities that enable long-term growth within a Business Services environment.

Responsibilities

• Engage customer stakeholders to identify success criteria
• Communicate the value of solutions to stakeholders
• Lead sessions to refine customer requirements
• Create user stories and solution design documentation
• Perform fit-gap analysis on Salesforce functionality
• Develop innovative Salesforce solutions and configurations
• Manage project delivery and testing of developed functionalities

Requirements

• US Citizenship with ability to obtain clearance
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
• 10+ years in IT systems development
• 6+ years administering or consulting with Salesforce
• 2+ Current Salesforce Certifications (Admin, App Builder, Service/Community Clouds)
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Lightning Flow Builder
• Experience with business process mapping and reengineering

Pay

$106,000 – $176,000 annually
