Key Responsibilities
- Lead Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and reviews.
- Work closely with Salesforce development teams, Product Owners, and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery.
- Track sprint progress, manage risks/dependencies, and drive continuous improvement.
- Facilitate backlog grooming, estimation, and release planning.
- Prepare and share Agile metrics, status reports, and delivery updates.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in Agile environments.
- Hands-on experience working with Salesforce teams/projects (Sales Cloud, ServiceCloud, Lightning, etc.).
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and SDLC.
- Experience with JIRA/Confluence and Agile reporting metrics.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Preferred
- CSM/PSM certification.
- Experience working with US-based customers and distributed teams.
