Scrum Master
Responsibilities
- Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives for the medical software development team.
- Guide the team in applying Scrum methodology and agile principles to plan, execute, and deliver software increments consistently.
- Remove impediments that block the team’s progress and proactively address risks and issues that affect sprint goals.
- Support the team in breaking down work, estimating effort, and maintaining a healthy and transparent product and sprint backlog.
- Promote clear communication and alignment within the development team and with relevant stakeholders.
- Ensure that agile best practices are followed throughout the software development lifecycle for medical software projects.
Essential Skills
- Proven experience working as a Scrum Master in an agile software development environment.
- Strong knowledge of Scrum methodology and agile principles.
- Hands-on experience supporting software projects using Scrum frameworks.
- Able to facilitate Scrum ceremonies and coach teams in agile practices.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Experience working on medical or healthcare-related software projects is highly beneficial.
- Familiarity with the software development lifecycle and cross-functional development teams.
- Able to foster a culture of continuous improvement and team accountability.

This is a Contract position based out of Minneapolis, MN.
Pay And Benefits
The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $80.00/hr.
