Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Foundation stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze reporting and dashboard requirements.
- Design, develop, and maintain reports, dashboards, and data visualizations using Salesforce (Kindsight/Affinaquest), Apsona, Power BI, and related tools.
- Translate complex business requirements and data into clear, actionable reporting solutions.
- Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of data presented in reports and dashboards.
- Develop reporting solutions that effectively address Foundation management questions and business needs.
- Provide user support, training, and guidance related to report access, interpretation, and self-service reporting capabilities.
- Identify opportunities to improve reporting processes, automate data delivery, and enhance business intelligence capabilities.
- Assist in establishing reporting standards, documentation, and best practices.
- Partner with Advancement Operations staff to support ongoing data governance and reporting initiatives.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated attention to detail and commitment to data quality.
- Ability to translate technical concepts and data into business-friendly insights.
- Experience in higher education, advancement, nonprofit, or fundraising environments preferred.
Pay
$75,000–$85,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
Schedule
Full-time, Exempt.
