Salesforce Program Manager / Delivery Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Program Manager / Delivery Manager to lead large scale Salesforce and Artificial Intelligence initiatives for a leading financial services organization. This role requires a strong delivery leader with exceptional communication skills and proven experience managing enterprise Salesforce programs from planning through implementation production support and ongoing delivery governance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end to end Salesforce and Artificial Intelligence program delivery from planning through implementation deployment production support and continuous improvement.
• Drive Agile program execution using Scrum and SAFe methodologies including PI Planning sprint planning backlog management sprint reviews retrospectives and daily standups.
• Partner with Product Management Engineering Architecture Data Science Artificial Intelligence Machine Learning Security Infrastructure Operations and business stakeholders to deliver strategic initiatives.
• Manage project scope timelines budgets dependencies risks issues resource planning and executive level communications across multiple workstreams.
• Develop and maintain executive dashboards program health reports delivery metrics and KPIs using Salesforce Analytics Tableau or Power BI.
• Lead Salesforce platform initiatives across Sales Cloud Service Cloud Experience Cloud Data Cloud Marketing Cloud integrations APIs security release management and platform governance.
• Collaborate with Artificial Intelligence teams to deliver solutions leveraging Salesforce Agentforce Einstein AI Einstein Copilot Prompt Builder and AI powered workflow automation.
• Cook up cross functional teams throughout the software development lifecycle ensuring quality delivery and successful production releases.
• Oversee testing deployment change management user adoption and post implementation support.
• Ensure delivery governance compliance documentation and stakeholder alignment throughout the program lifecycle.
• Drive continuous process improvements and delivery excellence across multiple enterprise programs.

Required Qualifications

• Strong experience as a Salesforce Program Manager Delivery Manager or Senior Technical Program Manager.
• Proven experience delivering large scale Salesforce implementation and enterprise CRM transformation programs.
• Extensive experience managing Agile delivery using Scrum and SAFe frameworks.
• Strong understanding of program management methodologies project governance and executive reporting.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects with complex dependencies.
• Excellent leadership stakeholder management communication and presentation skills.
• Experience collaborating with executive leadership business stakeholders engineering teams and external vendors.
• Strong risk management issue resolution and decision making abilities.
• Experience working within large enterprise organizations.
• Experience delivering Salesforce solutions in financial services banking or related regulated industries.
• Strong understanding of enterprise delivery governance and digital transformation initiatives.
• Experience leading cross functional distributed teams in fast paced environments.

Work Location

Hybrid position requiring three days onsite each week in Phoenix Arizona.
