Salesforce Product Owner, Member and Participant Growth
Position Overview
The Salesforce Product Owner will be primarily responsible for managing the lifecycle of a portfolio of capabilities led by our Salesforce Product Manager. We are looking for a forward thinker able to see the bigger picture of the integrated system (Marketing Cloud, CRM, Experience Cloud, Non-Profit Cloud and Integration).
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, Management Information System or equivalent experience required.
- Hands-on experience with declarative development functions such as Salesforce Flow, Lightning App Builder, and Advanced Configuration (e.g. Validation Rules and Formula Fields).
- Familiarity with Data Loader or similar tools for data management and migration.
- Familiarity with Agile Values, Principles, and mindset with at least 3-5 years’ experience acting in a Salesforce Business Analyst role, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in Salesforce platform. Salesforce certifications (e.g. Sales Cloud, Nonprofit Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Experience Cloud) preferred.
- Proficiency using Confluence, SharePoint, and JIRA.
- A consumer-centric focus with experience managing user experience components.
- An ability to articulate and clearly communicate and document complex problems and solutions simply and logically.
- Demonstrated track record in effective requirement elicitation and analysis.
- Familiarity with Salesforce Einstein Analytics.
- Certified in Scaled Agile - SAFe® Product Owner (PO/PM) a plus
Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Bring a strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and functionality to Rotary.
- Identify when a requirement can be met with 'Out of the Box' (OOTB) functionality versus when custom code (Apex/LWC) is required.
- Translate complex business logic into scalable technical architecture within the Salesforce ecosystem.
- Team-oriented with proven ability to build consensus across groups with different priorities and lead diverse cross-functional teams.
- Manage more than one product and understand their impact across systems.
- Be flexible and adaptable to change.

Salary Range
$113,177 - $125,752
