What You'll Do

• Product Strategy, Technology Roadmaps & Planning
• Directly manage IT initiatives across the full project lifecycle
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, refine, and prioritize requirements
• Own feature prioritization, backlog management, and release planning
• Facilitate project status meetings, track action items, and drive cross-functional execution
• Ensure initiatives are delivered on time, within scope, and in alignment with approved technology roadmaps
• Provide clear status, risk, and delivery reporting to business and IT leadership

What You'll Have

• Experience as an IT Product Owner or in a similar role managing internal IT initiatives
• Strong experience with the Salesforce platform, including both functional and technical capabilities
• Experience implementing and supporting Salesforce Service Cloud. Experience implementing and supporting Salesforce Field Service is highly preferred
• Experience with Salesforce Sales, Experience, and Revenue Clouds is a plus
• Strong understanding of software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall)
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Proficiency using product management / project management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Trello, and MS Project
• Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements
• Strong critical thinking, negotiation, and leadership skills to drive collaboration across teams
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, backlog management, and project leadership skills
