Salesforce Product Owner
Position Summary
Acting as the primary Product Owner for Salesforce programmes across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and platform capabilities
Owning and managing the Salesforce product backlog, ensuring priorities align to business objectives and delivery roadmaps
Translating business requirements into clear, well-defined user stories and acceptance criteria
Partnering closely with Architects, Developers, Scrum Masters, and client stakeholders to drive delivery outcomes
Leading backlog grooming, sprint planning, and refinement sessions within agile delivery teams
Managing stakeholder expectations, scope, and dependencies across enterprise programmes
Supporting UAT planning, execution, and sign-off to ensure solutions meet business needs
Driving continuous improvement across Salesforce processes, automation, and user experience
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as a Product Owner or Senior Business Analyst on Salesforce-led programmes
- Strong understanding of Salesforce core clouds and platform capabilities
- Hands-on experience working in Agile / Scrum delivery environments
- Ability to engage confidently with senior business and technical stakeholders
- Experience delivering within complex, enterprise-scale Salesforce ecosystems
- Strong documentation, prioritisation, and decision-making skills
- Salesforce certifications (Admin, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, BA, PO) are a plus

Proven experience as a Product Owner or Senior Business Analyst on Salesforce-led programmes
