Salesforce Product Owner - Fulltime

About the role

We are seeking a Salesforce Product Owner with deep expertise in Customer Portals and the Salesforce CRM ecosystem (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud). In this role you will lead requirement-gathering workshops, define product vision, and manage prioritized backlogs, user stories, and acceptance criteria. You will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, architects, and delivery teams to drive end-to-end product delivery and roadmap execution.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirement-gathering workshops with stakeholders.
• Define and communicate the product vision and roadmap.
• Manage and prioritize the product backlog, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with architects, delivery teams, and business stakeholders to ensure end-to-end product delivery.
• Map customer journeys and optimize business processes to deliver digital self-service solutions.
• Coordinate onshore and offshore Agile teams, ensuring alignment and timely execution.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager.
• Expertise in Customer Portals and Salesforce CRM (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud).
• Strong experience in customer journey mapping and business process optimization.
• Proven ability to manage stakeholders and lead cross-functional teams in Agile environments.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
