Salesforce nCino Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities

  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements
  • Translate requirements into user stories with acceptance criteria
  • Support and manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT) including test scripts and defect tracking
  • Analyze banking and lending workflows using nCino and Salesforce
  • Act as SME for nCino platform during discussions and training sessions
  • Collaborate with Salesforce developers, admins, and product owners
  • Track backlog sprint progress and key KPIs

Required Skills

  • Experience with 4-8 years of Business Analyst experience
  • Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce and nCino
  • Experience in financial services, banking, or lending domain
  • Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Loan Origination Systems (LOS)
  • Experience with Salesforce or nCino certification

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Business Finance, Information Systems, or related field

Work Mode

Onsite mandatory presence as per project requirements
