nCino Salesforce Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Translate requirements into user stories with acceptance criteria.
• Support and manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT) including test scripts and defect tracking.
• Analyze banking and lending workflows using nCino and Salesforce.
• Act as SME for nCino platform during discussions and training sessions.
• Collaborate with Salesforce developers, admins, and product owners.
• Track backlog sprint progress and key KPIs.

Required Skills

• Experience with Business Analyst roles for 4-8 years.
• Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce and nCino.
• Experience in financial services, banking, or lending domains.
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Loan Origination Systems (LOS).
• Experience with Salesforce or nCino certifications.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Business Finance, Information Systems, or a related field.

Other Details

Salary Range: $100,000 - $110,000 annually.
