Salesforce nCino Business Analyst
Role Summary
The Salesforce nCino Business Analyst will act as a liaison between business stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to deliver effective solutions on the Salesforce nCino platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements
- Translate requirements into user stories with acceptance criteria
- Support and manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT) including test scripts and defect tracking
- Analyze banking and lending workflows using nCino and Salesforce
- Act as SME for nCino platform during discussions and training sessions
- Collaborate with Salesforce developers, admins, and product owners
- Track backlog, sprint progress, and key KPIs
Required Experience & Skills
- 4-8 years of Business Analyst experience
- Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce and nCino
- Experience in financial services, banking, or lending domain
- Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies
Preferred Qualifications
- Salesforce or nCino certification
- Experience with Loan Origination Systems (LOS)
Education
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, or related field

Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, performance and internal equity.
