About the role
Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer position based in Charlotte, NC.
Responsibilities
- Development of new Journeys, automations, queries on Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform to support various lines of business
- Administration and support of applications built on Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Day‑to‑day operation support of email functionality:
- Configuration and environments support for various lines of business
- Integration management / alerts monitoring
- Email stats reporting for the business
- Web certificate renewals
- Email archiving
- User role configuration
- Risk management
Requirements
- Salesforce Marketing Email Specialist Certification / experience with Marketing Cloud
- Experience in database administration / excellent SQL
- Excellent communications skills to be able to coordinate activities of multiple teams
- JavaScript / HTML
- Experience in REST/SOAP web services
- Experience in using SOAPUI, Postman
- Knowledge of SOA design principles and best practices
