Responsibilities
- Build, manage, and optimize Salesforce Marketing Cloud Journeys, including automated drip campaigns tailored to prospective homebuyers.
- Develop and execute email, SMS, and multi-channel marketing campaigns using Marketing Cloud tools (Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Email Studio, etc.).
- Segment audiences based on buyer behavior, demographics, and sales funnel stage to deliver personalized messaging.
- Collaborate with sales teams to ensure marketing automation aligns with lead management workflows in Salesforce CRM.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and provide insights to improve conversion rates and customer engagement.
- Maintain data hygiene and ensure accurate syncing between Salesforce CRM and Marketing Cloud.
- Create A/B tests, optimize messaging, and refine customer journeys based on performance metrics.
- Support the development of marketing strategies that attract and nurture potential homebuyers across digital channels.
- Ensure compliance with email regulations and internal data-privacy standards.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Email Studio).
- Strong understanding of Salesforce CRM, lead management, and customer lifecycle marketing.
- Proven experience creating drip campaigns, automated journeys, and segmentation strategies.
- Ability to analyze marketing data and translate insights into actionable improvements.
- Experience working in real estate, homebuilding, or a similar high-consideration consumer industry is a plus.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across departments.
- Salesforce certifications (Marketing Cloud Email Specialist, Marketing Cloud Administrator, etc.) are a plus.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS for email template editing.
- Experience with SMS marketing platforms within Marketing Cloud.
- Familiarity with homebuyer behavior, sales cycles, or real estate marketing.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
