Key Responsibilities

  • Define the end-to-end technical architecture for Salesforce Field Service implementations.
  • Configure and tune the SFS scheduling engine, including policies, objectives, and work rules.
  • Design secure integrations between Salesforce and external Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) or inventory systems.
  • Architect the SFS mobile app experience, ensuring seamless offline functionality and data synchronization.
  • Establish development standards, review custom code (Apex, Lightning Web Components), and manage release pipelines.
  • Translate field service business requirements into scalable technical blueprints for development teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience: Minimum 5+ years of Salesforce architecture experience, with at least 2+ years focused specifically on Salesforce Field Service (formerly FSL).
  • Certifications: Current Salesforce Certified Field Service Consultant or Application/System Architect designations.
  • Technical Skills: Deep expertise in SFS core objects, Work Order management, inventory management, and the Service Cloud console.
  • Development: Strong proficiency with Apex, Flows, LWC, and Salesforce APIs.
  • Problem Solving: Proven track record of optimizing complex dispatching and routing algorithms.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with MuleSoft or other middleware platforms.
  • Background in industries with large mobile workforces (e.g., utilities, manufacturing, telecommunications).
