Salesforce Systems Architect

For our client, a leader in the Telecommunications & Hardware space, we are seeking a Salesforce Systems Architect to join their team. This role will lead operational priorities where safety, quality, compliance, and execution discipline are central to success.

About the role

You will collaborate with field leadership, support functions, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve accountability, service delivery, and operational consistency. The position offers the opportunity to influence operational scale, customer outcomes, and organizational performance within a Telecommunications & Hardware environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Own Salesforce platform integrity across architecture and governance
• Define best practices for Salesforce automation and Flow design
• Govern user permissions and access models
• Collaborate with security and business systems for compliance alignment
• Establish change management processes for audit compliance
• Design scalable platform structures to support organizational growth
• Review system changes for compliance and supportability

Qualifications

• 7+ years in Revenue Operations, Business Systems, or GTM Systems roles
• Deep Salesforce expertise including architecture and security model design
• Experience in establishing best practices for Salesforce automation
• Proven ability to design scalable permissioning models
• Strong knowledge of change management and audit-supporting processes
• Experience with leading complex systems implementations
• Ability to leverage AI for operational problem solving
• Excellent project management and stakeholder management skills
• Proficient in documentation and communication

Pay

$160,000 – $210,000 annually
