Salesforce Solutions Architect

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted technical advisor across business and engineering teams
• Own and enforce enterprise-level solution standards and architecture governance
• Lead discovery workshops and requirements sessions with stakeholders
• Design end-to-end solution architecture and create functional documentation
• Assess the right mix of Salesforce capabilities and third-party tools
• Design integration approaches with Salesforce and enterprise systems
• Define and uphold solution design standards and documentation practices
• Drive cross-cloud solution architecture initiatives

Qualifications

• 4+ years in Salesforce Solutions Architect or senior advisory roles
• 6+ years deep hands-on Salesforce experience across core clouds
• Proven ability to lead discovery and solution engagements
• Skilled in managing multiple high-priority initiatives
• Strong integration architecture experience with middleware patterns
• Hands-on experience designing AI solutions with Salesforce
• Salesforce Application and/or System Architect certifications
