About the role
The Salesforce Consultant position at Cirrius Solutions is central to the project delivery pod or managed services pod (depending on assignment). This role involves multiple responsibilities including configuring Salesforce, conducting business analysis, solution design, and user story definition, as well as participating in and running client touchpoints.
Responsibilities
- Configuring declaratively on Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and other portions of the Salesforce Customer 360 Platform (Salesforce Field Service, Revenue Cloud, or Agentforce preferred)
- Configuring advanced declarative automation (flows are becoming more robust with each release; consultants should be proficient in flow builder and able to leverage it for various business requirements)
- Reporting configuration to help clients “see” their SF data and provide “proactive” reporting on the solutions built
- Participate in and/or run discovery sessions with clients to map out business processes, define key success factors, create agile sprint timelines, and define user stories with detailed acceptance criteria
- Conduct end-of-sprint demos to clients to showcase work completed towards assigned user stories
- Participate in or run tailored training sessions with client power users or end-users to drive user adoption of our Salesforce solutions
- Around 50% of time will be spent on Salesforce configuration, 35% on client interactions, and 15% on talent development and/or internal team events
Requirements
Skills and Expertise:
- Proven track record of tackling tough and difficult problem sets and creating creative solutions
- Advanced knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud (Salesforce Field Service or CPQ highly valued)
- Minimum of 3x Salesforce certifications
- Preferrably able to configure at least one additional ancillary tool commonly implemented with Salesforce (e.g., Conga, Titan, Chargent, SharinPix, etc.)
- Able to effectively communicate and demo completed work as well as drive executive-level discussions around business requirements, project planning, or user story definition
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Experience with Salesforce Field Service and CPQ is a plus
- Ability to configure at least one additional ancillary tool commonly implemented with Salesforce
- Effective communication and demonstration skills
